Thank you for supporting our small business! Please read our shipping policy before placing your order.

📦 Shipping Days

Orders are shipped every Tuesday and Friday.

Please allow the advertised processing time for your order before dispatch. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive your tracking details so you can follow your parcel's journey.

🚚 Tracking

All parcels are sent with tracking. It is the customer's responsibility to monitor their tracking information and ensure someone is available to receive the parcel if required.

📮 Australia Post

Once your parcel has been lodged with Australia Post, it is in their care. We have no control over delivery times, delays, handling, or any issues that occur during transit.

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered parcels once they have been handed to Australia Post. If your parcel is delayed or appears to be missing, we recommend contacting Australia Post directly using your tracking number.

💔 Damaged Items

We take great care when packaging every order. If your item arrives damaged due to an error on our part, we will happily replace it.

To be eligible for a replacement:

  • You must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your parcel.

  • You must provide clear photographs of the damaged item, the packaging, and any other relevant images to assist us in assessing the claim.

Claims made after 24 hours may not be eligible for replacement.

Please note that we are unable to replace items damaged due to misuse, improper handling after delivery, or damage caused during transit that is outside of our control.
